For discharging
various functions, employees of the Corporation use various manuals,
circulars and other instructions issued from time to time. All manuals

Corporation’s quarterly
results and annual results/reports are published in the leading
newspapers and in the Corporation’s website periodically for information
of public as well as shareholders. Shareholders can raise issues
concerning policies in the Annual General Meetings, which can
relate to the policy of the Corporation. Open House Meets for
the clients are also conducted at regular intervals where people
get an idea about the policies of the Corporation and can raise
their grievances.

is constituted under the State Financial Corporations Act,1951 as
amended in 2000.Various committees as per requirement of the Corporation
are formed as per approval of the Board or by the top management
as per the powers delegated by the Board. Public are not entitled
to participate on the meetings of the Board/Committees and minutes
are not accessible to public.
